The Entire Campus

Description: Our whole campus can be rented out so that you can have a private event without interruptions.  This is the best option if you have an event that requires quiet moments, privacy, or amplification.  You will be able to make use of the entire facility which includes: the main event space, kitchen, all bathrooms (including two gender neutral bathrooms), the front & back meeting rooms, and the lobby.  This best for events like a wedding, a funeral, a

  • Per hour – $150
  • Per day – $1,250

Main Event Space

Description: Need a vast open space for a large gathering up to 150 people and don’t mind others meeting in nearby classrooms?  This may be the option for you.  Renting just the main event space is best for events like teaching a yoga class,  gathering a civic club/non-profit, or hosting community meetings.

  • Per hour – $100
  • Per day – $750

Classrooms

Description: Need a space for your meeting with a small group of people?  Then we have the perfect classrooms for you.  Both of these classrooms have access to gender neutral bathrooms and plenty of seating  This is best for small group meetings, all day seminars, or workshops.

Steps to Renting the Space

Step 1: Reach Out

If you are interested in renting space at the Fellowship Center please contact our office team.  Feel free to ask us about any questions you might have for using the space for your event or gathering.

Step 2: Schedule a Date

When you contact the office, make sure to check and see if the date for your event or gathering is available for rentals.  We give priority to individuals on a first come, first serve basis.  It is important to note that we cannot schedule your event until you have signed and submitted all the necessary documents and deposits.

Step 3: Sign the Paperwork

You will see above links to three important documents that you need to read and review before using the Bethany United Methodist Church facilities.  These documents outline our policies and what you will be agreeing to when using the space.  It is important that you read these materials thoroughly and make sure your event aligns with and is following all of our policies and procedures.  If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.  Once you have read the policies, please fill out the Facility Use Agreement, sign it and submit to the office along with your security deposit.

Step 4: Use the Facility

Once you have submitted the Facility Use Agreement and security deposit, you are ready for your event.  You will be given everything you need to enter and use the facility at your given time of use.  We will make sure you feel well equipped to host your event at the Fellowship Center.   We are so excited for the opportunity to have you and your community gather together at the Fellowship Center.  We want to foster community in our spaces that up lifts these three general rules: 1) Do no harm, 2) Do good, and 3) Live together with Love.
